How do I order these silicone bracelets?
To order these silicone bracelets you must first let us know how you want the bracelets to look like. Click on our easy-to-follow design page to accomplish this. Then we will send your sample design. Once you are confident with the design and would like to move forward with the order, just let us know so that we can send you an invoice.

When will you start producing my bracelets?
Upon receipt of your payment, we will immediately start producing your silicone bracelets so that we can send the bracelets out to you immediately.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all kinds of Credit Card payments, namely Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB. We also accept debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo on it.

How long will my silicone bracelets take before I receive them?
Debossed bracelets and imprinted bracelets have different turnaround times. On the average, this is about 12-15 days after we receive your final design and payment. Quantities larger than 2000 pcs. may require a few more days than average.

How much do your silicone bracelets cost?
We have the most price competitive silicone bracelets in the industry. We produce these silicone bracelets cheap because we don't want to give you a burden. But these bracelets are still high quality silicone bracelets made from 100% silicone. Silicone is just a cheap material so why should we charge more? What is the minimum order?
Minimum order for silk-screen printed, embossed, and debossed will be 100 silicone bracelets. This is because we want to maximize the use of the molds for your silicone bracelets.

What types of silicone bracelets does your company offer?
We offer 3 basic styles of silicone bracelets; imprinted, debossed, and embossed bracelets. Imprinted bracelets have the message silk-screen printed onto the bracelets. Debossed bracelets, on the other hand, will have an engraved style. The message is embedded in the bracelets. Meanwhile, the embossed bracelets will undergo the same process as the debossed bracelets, but the message, instead of being engraved, will be raised.

What sizes do you offer?
Unlike other companies, we can produce four different sizes, adult (202mm), medium (190mm), youth (180mm), and kids (150mm) bracelets. You can also refer to our sizing chart so that you can determine the accurate size you will be ordering.

Can I split up a single order into different colors?
Yes, you can at no added cost. However, the minimum number of bracelets per split is 100 pcs. This way, we minimize the excess materials that may be put to waste. Unfortunately, we cannot allow an order to be split up into different sizes since this will require a different mold.

Will I incur additional charges if I choose to have improvements added on my bracelets?
You wll incur additional charges if you choose a different pattern such as segmented, swirled, or glow-in-the-dark bracelets. Putting more colors may also require additional costs. Refer to our pricing page to know more about this extra options.

How much would the shipping cost be?
Our prices include shipping costs to the US and Canada so that it would be less burdensome for our customers. However, for customers outside these areas, there will be an additional 20% cost for shipping. Please contact us for a firm quotation.

How would I know if my bracelets have already been shipped out?
Once you have placed your order and we have received the payment, we will be keeping you posted every step of the way. We will inform you immediately once we have started producing your bracelets. After production and as soon as we have shipped out your order, we will send you the tracking number so that you will be able to track your bracelets online.
