TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. GENERAL: Our sale to you will be solely upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. They supersede any conflicting terms and conditions of yours, any statement of yours to the contrary not withstanding. Certain exceptions to any of our terms and conditions may be allowed. However, we shall not be deemed to have waived any of our terms and conditions unless such waiver, modification or alteration is done in writing and duly confirmed by us.

2. PRICES: Prices quoted are in US currency and subject to change without notice. Prices include any and all shipping costs to your shipping address. Customs duties and all taxes now being collected by your government shall be for the account of the buyer.

3. DELIVERY: We always exert the best efforts to meet the delivery schedule quoted. However, subject to the conditions prevailing at the factory, the prompt receipt of all necessary information from the buyer, the availability of transport and shipping facilities, as well as to delays due to abnormal conditions, such as strikes, fires, war and other causes beyond our control, we reserve the right to adjust accordingly our delivery commitment.

4. PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo.

5. RETURNS: Silicone bracelets are produced according the customer's individual specifications. As such, we do not accept returns on merchandise due to the customer ordering the wrong size, color or message. Customers are therefore advised to review and verify the accuracy of all order information before submitting the final order. If, however, the error is solely fault in production, we will be more than happy to discuss mutually acceptable remedies or accept a return.

6. COPYRIGHT POLICY: Infobands will not accept orders nor produce silicone bracelets that contain materials that are copyrighted, trademarked and/or patent protected and which would in any way infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. If you would wish to include such materials, you must provide us with the proper authorized documentation and written approval for use of such material.
    Infobands will not be held liable for any violations of copyright laws resulting from an order by a customer without the proper notification and documentation. The customer solely assumes all liabilities for any violation of copyright, trademark and patent laws.

7. PUBLIC DECENCY: In respect of public decency, Infobands reserves the right to refuse orders that exhibit profane and obscene materials. In such situations, the customer will be notified and every opportunity will be accorded to effect the necessary alterations.
